Usa vs Europe ? Kush ju terheq si zgjedhje per te jetuar dhe pse?

As an Albanian living in the US, I'd say your depiction is spot on. Apart from the political horror that's a huge disadvantage to the US, the biggest disadvantage to the US is urban sprawl. However, the US is the only country in the world that offers all of the world's five different climates/landscapes so that offets the status of urbanism a bit. There are also wild difference between regions in the US. The Pacific northwest for example is a blend of Scandinavia and Japan, which is quite a sight to behold. My family moved to the US 11 years ago. Since then, my parents have been able to purchase two homes, I've bought one for myself. I have a good job, my parents have menial jobs in retail, but they are prodigious financial planners. We max out on our retirement contributions and never really worry about the basics apart from political stability and the potential for mass shootings, which is a rather pathetic worry to have in the 21st century. Compared to my family in western Europe, all of whom emigrated much earlier than we did, we are in a much better financial situation.

Best country to live in is the one you were born in. There'll never be a substitute, especially if you lived there for some time like I did.
