Okay, well, kind of. The original distributor has changed and the new one will make a reprint that includes the most recent version of the rules.

But don’t worry, you can get them too. First of all, there should be a PDF code included in your copy of the game. Getting the pdf has become a bit difficult since Modiphius is not longer responsible for it, but you may try to get the most recent version from them.

… make an account and download the Companion. It contains the most recent errata, that will be also included in the reprint. You will also get design notes, why they have changed these things.

The companion also contains three more clans, some advantages and the rules for mortals and ghouls. And it is for free!!!

Depending if your book from then first or second run, it might be that there are some minor errata that aren’t included in your copy. If you get the pdf, that problem will be solved, otherwise there is an errata document floating around that was used to be shared by Modiphius, but Indont know where you can get it now, but probably you are lucky and your copy is from the later run.
