Spin-off Number 1 - An animated anthology series telling new stories for classic Doctors. Stories would be done in the serial format of classic Doctor Who. A bit like Big Finish, but animated.

Spin-off Number 2 - A Dalek spin-off - Set in the far future, the show follows the crew of a spaceship as the head deep into the Dalek War to help where they can. A dark and bleak series, there's rarely a quiet moment between missions as the crew seek to discover the Daleks plans, help refugees, fight off invasions, uncover Dalek sympathizers and just stay alive. Other alien races would appear in occasionally, such as the Cybermen, or the Sontarans.

Spin-off Number 3 - Torchwood - (I haven't followed the Torchwood audios so i don't know how much this will conflict with them) When the Rift becomes more dangerous, Torchwood expands across the country in order to combat the new threats. With hundreds of new employees, Captain Jack must manage the Institute as a whole, while Gwen leads the new teams in Cardiff where Rift activity has become more frequent.
A mix of serialized and episodic, episodes vary between dealing with things that come out of the Rift, fighting people that want to manipulate the Rift, and going through the Rift to other time periods or planets in order to fight or retrieve things that have fallen through.
Main villains would be a rogues gallery of different characters, some human, some alien, who are being led by the Sycorax, who have returned to for revenge after Torchwood destroyed their people in The Christmas Invasion.
Also, the Gelth would return, and at some point Gwen would meet Gwyneth
