Waiters/waitresses of reddit what are things some that customers say or do that frustrates you the most?

When they get mad at me for how much the food costs. Like I understand that pricy food is annoying, but I literally do not set the prices I’m just a minimum wage employee. Also with this whole covid stuff going the place I work at is only doing outdoor seating (because the way the inside of the restaurant is laid out we just don’t have the room for indoor seating + social distancing) and we have rules/precautions in place as well and people get mad at ME for these things. Like I didn’t fucking make the rules and I wouldn’t be able to change the way we run things right now even if I wanted to. Go complain to my manager or boss about it if it bothers you that much but there’s literally nothing I can do about it.
