I quit my last job because my boss is a cunt who only treats his female employees well.

I understand women have to deal with discrimination, but discrimination is discrimination.

I'm a young white guy, my mother works for him in another sector of the job. I apply to be a job coach at a coffee shop. I expect it to be a shitty low paying job and have to deal with crap for awhile, as you do when you're new to a job.

Well, I outperformed the employees who were there for years before me, one of them leaves for college, I ask to take over their hours (because at that point I was working just enough to pay for gas and a bit more, like literally just filling in for others and short bursts) They said no.

Well I suppose maybe the other guy whose been there forever needs the hours, I can handle that, it makes sense, and he's not a total douche canoe. Turns out, he didn't get anymore hours. Instead of giving his part time and even more part time employees something they can live off of, he hires this random chick the girl who left recommended.

Then this woman was given full training from professionals in an expensive program. (I was working there for months at this point, not a moment of off the job training) I choke down the disappointment and frustration because I didn't want to work there in the first place.

Few days after the training is down, couple weeks of her working there... money starts going missing. So immediately the disabled people we coach are the first suspects (it was one guy at the time who worked there since it's opening). They come to the conclusion of, who cares, the government pays for it... and ignores the problem. Then, a couple more weeks later... she just stops showing up to work. Just ghosted the position (this was after spending the majority of her time sitting on her phone, being a bitch to everyone who walked in the door, and overall just a lazy sack of shit with no excuse because it's an easy job in a classy establishment of government workers.)

Boss tells me to call him if she ever comes back. She doesn't... so I ask for more hours. Denied again, they get another temp to fill in who does other jobs for them... who just so happened to be another woman he loves and gives the biggest bonuses too every year. Keep in mind, this is a small asian woman who is really nice and a hard worker, but the boss is an old nearly physically disabled fat white guy with breathing problems whose entire office is literally just women, except the janitor, who is a hispanic man.

I proceed to give him my two weeks notice, respectfully and thanking him in the letter for the experience, blah blah blah.

week later I hear sob stories of him not being able to find anyone. So I call back and say I'd be willing to help, they thank me, I request ONE full day a week... I was denied. And thus ends any communication with that shitty man and his shitty company.
