Weekly New Climber Thread: Ask your questions in this thread please

I started climbing consistently in June, going to the gym around 2-3 times a week, and occasionally going outdoors in the weekend. To support my body strength, I also began doing push-ups and pull-ups on a bar I installed on my bedroom door.

Last week, I had an intense climbing day where I was doing two of my projects, 6a and 6b, which I felt put pressure on my elbows and had my elbows in pain afterwards. I decided to stop for a week, the pain almost disappeared completely, yet once I got on the wall again it came back. I’ve read lots on “golfers elbow” and “tennis elbow” but I don’t think it’s any of those, as the pain isn’t in the same places they describe, but I can’t be sure. I feel the pain somewhere around where my tricep muscle meets the elbow (might be tricep tendon?). Could this just be strain?
