My response is myopic and self-centered because I don’t know anyone who died? Would you feel better if I did? Would you feel better if mostly everyone I knew was sick and dying and poor? Would you have down voted me if that’s what I reported? We take the precautions that our local government tells us to take, just like the rest of the country.

My post was absolutely not rambling. It was my own contribution to the “weekly observations“ thread. Why are you so angry that my area of the country is doing well? Don’t you want that for yourself? Or would you rather stay mad at people who are telling the truth about their own situation?

I’m trying to get a sense of why you are so angry.
