Weekly Question Thread - Week of 4/22/2019

Since I’m in the process of cutting I’m thinking of doing a bodybuilding show before the year is out or early 2020 as a way to give myself a huge goal to work towards and to make the process worthwhile. Been thinking lately as to why I want to get in crazy shape and trying to find some kind of purpose. Truth is I don’t know. I love lifting and it’s my passion. I guess another reason is I don’t want to be average like the rest of the population who have poor habits,health and make excuses.

I feel the biggest obstacle is my mind. I have doubts and whether or not what I’m pursuing is even realistic. Aiming to get down under 10% body fat, when atm I’m probably 20-25%. Obviously have a long way to go to even get near where I want to be.

Apologies for the shitty quality. Any advice/suggestions bros?? I’m 5’9 177.6lbs as of today. I’m training 5x per week running the male physique templates from RP, doing 600 calories worth of cardio per week on the elliptical + 1 LISS session around 45-60 min. Calories are set at 2200 with 190 g protein minimum.
