I am finishing up my cosplay for dragoncon but have one glaring hole. I do not have a tattoo and need to create one for my cosplay. I am Italian and as such I have body hair that is pretty dense (but short) on the arms and chest. I have looked over temporary tattoos and found some that would work very well for my cosplay, but I fear that buying it and attempting to apply it with my arm hair would just look bad. I have considered getting the pens on amazon but the temporary tattoo I need is a tribal one that mostly covers my arm.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have seen one or two people talk about airbrushing a week before the con but I have no idea if airbrushing is a normal thing tattoo shops offer.
