True, she probably isn't a personality type that i would personally find attractive. But would other 'active' heterosexual males find her film-footage to be sexually interesting &/or attractive? Is that a huge reason she got hired in the first place?

I feel it is safe to say that 'hot' is not really that much of a stretch. Hazard a guess, she could do an interview that would destroy her career and then STiLL manage to find work in Hollywood. That suggests that she is NOT being hired for her 'personality' nor her 'human relations'.
