What are We Doing to White People?

Here's my argument. I, a white person, go to work in an office where >90% of my coworkers and upper management are white, while the blue collar floor workers are >90% non-white.

Sure, interpersonal racism against white people exists, but it is having little to no impact on the systemic racism against non-white people that is still VERY much present. The points he brings up aren't entirely wrong, I just don't think they're worth having a real discussion about when black people are still getting shot in the streets and natives are struggling with addiction and access to necessities, and the thousands of other ways systemic racism is affecting POC and indigenous people.
