I finished Ayame's route in If You Love Me, Then Say So!

I really don't have too much to say about it. I've learned that I can't stand the calendar formula in a VN. It's an interesting mechanic that I feel would be more appropriate in something like a Nukige where I don't need to give a shit about the story. The repetitive opening scenes before every choice was a slog. I never felt sucked into the story at all and the entire thing felt like a chore.

I couldn't really stand any of the characters except for Maya, and of course, she doesn't get a route. Ayame is okay. Yuuki is too much. Mahiru is annoying. I didn't see enough of Rinka or Chiho to really form an opinion.

Art was great. Could tell it was Syroh's before I even bought the game. OST was kind of weak, but not terrible. Honestly kind of pissed off that I paid $45 for this. The only way I could ever recommend it is if it was deeply discounted.
