What are some annoying moments when other people tried volunteering you for stuff you never agreed to beforehand?

It's not really that bad.. But still a horrible experience for me. First of all, I'm a pretty shy person. Well, one day, in elementary school, it was some days before christmas, our teacher asked if anyone would be willing to play something on an instrument for Christmas. I was taking guitar lessons back then, and my friends knew, so they "convinced" me to put my hand up. I myself wasn't happy with that at all. After the teacher wrote all names down, she just quickly mentioned we should also sing to it. I thought, it can't be that bad, but holy sh*t was I wrong. Next day, it was the big day. Brought my guitar with me, was even kinda looking forward. But then I realized.. it wasn't for the class.. it was for the whole damn school. So there I was, sitting in front of like 500 people, who are waiting for me to start. Luckily, I trained enough at home, and totally nailed it.
