Have you tried the Headspace Meditation app?

The first step is awareness so just doing a scan down the body from your head to your shoulders to your toes. Just recognizing how your body is feeling. Are you tense or sore anywhere, tight or relaxed?

After you scan, think or visualize that warm sunshine is filling your body like a cup of water, starting from your toes. As the warm sunshine makes its way up your toes and feet- imagine you are basking under a warm gentle sun and let its rays relax and ease your tensions away.

The guided meditation from Headspace is free and so much better than whatever I wrote. I highly recommend it. I sometimes catch myself drifting off when I meditate...
