Well it's probably even higher than 95% imo, because even 2% of global population is larger than the entire population of Russia. Most people are just people, they aren't conforming consciously, that's just how most act and behave.

These are all normal in my perception. Gnc in my view would be a manly dude wearing makeup and women clothing. Standards for women being Gnc in my view are very low, I generally see women as women no matter their behaviour or style, unless their facial features are heavily masculine.
