well it lays in the definition of pedophila. it means ‘sexaul attraction to a minor’. there are pedos who rape and consume child porn, but there are also pedophiles that don’t do that and try seeking help (like therapy and such). because the term pedophile is used so incorrectly (which is held equal to a child rapist) these people who didn’t do anything get treated horribly. or in other cases people who realize that they are attracted to a minor freak out and start hating themselves, eventho they would never act on their desires. there is no known reason why pedophila exists and sadly there is no cure for it. and the thing is, child rape would continue even if a cure is found, because not all child rapist are pedophiles. a person does not have to be a attracted to the person they rape. what people and society are hating on are child rapists. some of these are pedophiles but not all pedophiles are rapists. the ones i support are in a really bad situation. (btw, when i say child rapist i also mean people who consume child porn. i couldn’t find a good term to describe both.)
