New MSP | Security Stack

My main issue with Sophos is that I’m assumedly stringing together a collection of products (EDR, Firewall, Email security etc) where none of those products are market leaders in the enterprise security market.

What then is the client benefit or cyber security benefit?

Or are we saying that the Sophos partner business model is revenue and convenience over defence in depth and customer protection level? Am I missing something?

Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against Sophos specifically - we are a Sophos MSP and I like the simplicity of their MTD solution for example. I just find single-vendor-XDR a terribly easy concept to sell against so I’m wondering why a customer would want that.
