MIL and FIL question - don’t seem to care about me being pregnant?

I thought my own mom (who I’m very close with) would be more sympathetic to my pregnancy and care more about the baby when she was in the womb. I remember even asking her like “are you even excited about having a grandkid?” In a very serious way on a bad day lol I just honestly think people aren’t as invested when you’re pregnant as you expect. She did a complete 180 when my daughter was born but really didn’t react the way I expected when I was pregnant. I’m pregnant with my second and I can say with absolute certainty my mom and in laws focus more on my 1 year old then me and the baby in my stomach lol I barely talk about pregnancy symptoms and they barely ask. Doesn’t mean they aren’t supportive I just think it’s hard to realize something is tangible without seeing it!!
