What is the coolest thing about your mom?

She has been there for me and others. Always with a smile and a hug. Always said the truth, never in a harsh tone, just what had to be said. I did a lot of dumb things growing up and she was always there for me. Friends I grew up always ask about her. They have brought their girlfriends and kids to meet her. Some even before meeting their own family. My ex girlfriends still talk to her, weird but they see her as a mother figure. My 6'3" 270 lbs cousin was in the hospital in ICU, we went to visit him, saw my Mom and started crying when she comforted him. She took in my other cousins when their mom abandoned them. She worked at a local machine shop that manufactures motorcycle parts. A lot of "scary" biker guys work there and they all call her Mama. They have been know to stop riding their motorcycles when they see my Mom walking and go give her a hug and talk to her for a few minutes. My Mom has limited English speaking skills but they still talk to her. I have been told many times by them if anyone so much as looks at her wrong they will take care of it. When anyone mentions my Mom to me, they always say they love her and I'm lucky to have her as a Mom. I am. She has proven to me many times that being cool means treating everyone with respect and love. Always smile and be nice. I'm still trying to be as cool as her.
