What current musicians/bands do you think will have a cult following in the future?

My vote goes to Daft Punk. One, their mix of smooth, catchy, understated dance music, sometimes slightly grungy, unsettling aesthetics and a whole bunch of other stuff I can't describe without pulling convoluted tripe out of my arse created a real, rare kind of... authenticity I guess? Is that the right word? I guess a sense of "realness" through using turntables and computers, and ever so rarely through traditional musical instruments. "Authenticity" and "realism" are some of the dodgiest words to describe music since there's no such thing as "fake" music, but I guess my point is that even though everyone knew that Daft Punk used computers and precise mathematics to create their music, it didn't really feel like they used computers and precise mathematics to cut corners or... bleh, someone describe what I'm trying to say, please. I feel like I'm talking out my arse. I'm pretty sure there are many musicians who are similar to Daft Punk in retrospect, but I doubt that any of them are have captured an audience as large as Daft Punk has.

But the main reason that I think Daft Punk will become cult classics in the future is their personas and their stage presence. I mean, their robots, for Christ's sake! How cool is that? What other widely popular band today, apart from Gorillaz, represents "non-human" musicians as the forerunners of their musical projects? (Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure Gorillaz will also have a cult following at least twenty years from now) Daft Punk, in my opinion, will be one of those bands that people look back at and wonder why they weren't like, one of the ten most popular musicians during their time.
