What is the dumbest thing you've done in the last 24 hours?

I don’t make anybody do anything. If an employee seems to have a lot of stuff happen that keeps them from showing up to work they need to find a job that allows for that. They are out there. Again some jobs just don’t allow much for no shows and I tell everyone that when they hire on. Couple times a year is understandable and if I guy has been awesome for six months and then fucks up a couple times in one week. I allow that too. Some people have big families. Some people have weak immune systems. Those people are disqualified from working certain jobs unfortunately. All this also depends on how valuable/hardworking an employee they are. When people tell me how awesome they are at work and how they were under appreciated or fired over nothing it usually just makes me question how valuable they actually were in their position. Any boss or Manager whether good or bad knows who is valuable.
