Dead or alive 5....people don't hold it in a high regard as compared to Tekken....but this is one of the best 3d fighting games ever made period....it is a pure martial arts game where each character represent a different fighting style....and the combat flows like water.....there are no fireballs or ant flashy fantasy moves just pure and beautiful hand to hand martial arts fighting .... The thing that dead or alive really brings to the table is the hold system where if you are stuck in a combo you can break out of it...it is difficult to master but pulling off one is so satisfying....If any Tekken has not played this...they are missing out on one of the most beautiful fighting game experiences ever made...

Samurai shodown 3...this for me was the best samurai shodown game ever made as it gave players a lot of options to choose from...the characters had different fighting and guard styles ..
