Again, that's your own fault. You get the same answer because it's the truth. It's the army, we all get screwed in some way.

I would move out of the high cost of living area and drive farther to work (though you might miss out on your children's lives) or just get a new job in a new location, hopefully you don't have some hard to get out of lease. If you have a high paying job now, you can probably make a lateral move to a new employer. Heck maybe you can take a lower paying job but live in a low cost of living area.

You know the situation you're in. You can attempt to take steps to fix it or you can sit here and say "woe is me, what will I ever do?" and never solve anything.
