What If we didn't have human needs (physical, social, and esteem)?

I would contend there would be no "our" world. Each person would live in a solipsistic shell without some biological or emotional need to force their attention elsewhere.

Without physical needs, there is no benefit in engaging in a social structure designed to protect the group. There is no need for expertise from others, no biological drives for food or sex or safety, no need for creating grand cultural achievements.

No social needs is fairly self explanatory.

Curiosity might cause some interaction, but even then, one could argue after enough time we wpuld evolve away from even that being fulfilling. Discovery without recognition that fulfills no needs in the discoverer would have little appeal.

So, basically, a bunch of floaty spectres largely ignoring each other doing little to nothing.
