Anyone in any form of customer service will question the destiny of the human race especially in long term placement . If you're a representative of a larger company it is your personal fault you ruined their day . If they have debt or difficulty with that larger entity it's your personal fault . If they cannot read paperwork fit for elementary school children it is your personal fault . The average person is selfish and lazy and ignorant out of apathy and when something they can't be bothered to read is an inconvenience to them, an impartial representative is to blame . Especially the wealthy I have learned . The wealthy for whatever reason have lost the ability to deal with rational thought through self involvement. There are exceptions to this . On the other hand the destitute and addicted are almost as bad however the key difference would be the lack of ability to understand or concentrate and obviously financial handicaps though literate .

One could mention the horrid patterns of history repeating itself through the lack of education.Wars and disease and other hardships of the past . I really think we are doomed due to the lack of acceptance of our own failures.The acceptance we can and do make mistakes and it's no one's fault but our own . Our parents failed by not being educated or cared to be educated of this and so they didn't pass it down the line .That said the people I have had the pleasure of discussing past events with that are 80+ years old have much to say about today and the lack of interest in what's come before . There is a pattern and similarity . It's our own fault that we allow the media to blind us to it .Worst of all the media can re-write history as they choose online . Fact checking a physical book just isn't convenient and soon to be impossible.
