Yeah I lost a few “friends” last summer.

One kept sharing posts mocking BLM and then descended into hating on “black” things like Black History Month and BET.

”Why isn’t there a White Entertainment Network hahaha oh because that would be racist.”

“I don’t care about black pride if we can’t have white pride.”

They really, really thought they were being thought provoking.

The thing is… their own mother owns and runs a Celtic themed restaurant. The walls are decorated with her (alleged) family tree and the servers have to wear kilts. They only play traditional Celtic music. They are very, very proud of their ancestry.

They could never grasp the irony.
