What do I need to do to really save for retirement?

I didn't put it in there fishing or anything... I just figured people would wonder why I was willing to drop from 45 to 13.. Instead of waiting..

Well looking at all the records the tax assessed values are wonky and outdated. People are starting to ask crazy prices for the lots out there.. I wanted to buy one for what it was worth and get that on the books so people buying see. But the county is weird. They don't update thing always or do it in a timely manner. Like the lot next to mine is selling and they haven't updated the records to reflect what I paid and it was filed electronically a couple months ago. I called and checked up and they said they are on it.. But the records for all the properties are weird. This lot was abandoned and it with mine gives me a private little area was another big reason. But I wanted to get it before price gouging started happening out there. I know I sound nuts... But the lot selling right now, they want a ton of money and they are big in the county. I seriously think they haven't updated mine yet because theirs touches mine and they'd get less money for it.. I sound nuts but this dude has connections with city officials including the assessor.
