What is one moment in a game (offline or online) you will never forget that made some positive impact on your life?

Learning how to improve in fighting games (mainly Brawlhalla) has legit helped me learn how to improve in almost anything. In school, I always had decent grades but everything always came naturally. So it was the first hard thing that I actually got good at, that wouldn’t just come naturally to me. And in fact seemed pretty difficult to play the RIGHT way, and not just spam cheesy moves that novice players struggle against.

Watching film, learning combos, observing and predicting my opponents moves (ie reading), as well as just general practice of movement have shown me the steps to actually working on yourself, and not just throw things at a wall and see what sticks, so to speak. Fighting games are special because you can really break them down to the point that it feels like you know everything there is about the game (movement options, attack options, frame data, “tech”, etc). Anything I want to improve at, I try to break down in a similar way.
