Thank goodness, I'm not the only one who hates the whole ''Afton Family'' bit!

I honestly preferred William Afton/Purple Guy as a loner who has no friends or family back then.

This is why I felt like FNaF should've either ended at 3, or Scott could've taken an alternate route if he ever decided to make more FNaF games after 3.

As for the book universe, the first 2 books made it perfectly clear that William wanted a ''family'' but then comes the 3rd book...

While the 3rd book doesn't mention anything about William having any sons, it did reveal that he already has a daughter in the book universe, and that pretty much contradicts what we knew about William from the first two books (especially in TSE).
