It doesn't work. The reason it would work in theory is based on very strict societal standards and eliminating economic threat. Which means not capitalising on anything the state disagrees with because the state believes it inherently causes social issues in the future.

In certain European countries, 95% of the population is of the same race/ethnicity. Further right wing parties are a somewhat beneficial part of the government system. But no people of a country have a great quality of life in far right governemnts. And the world has pushed away from conservative societal standards for a long time now, no use enforcing a doctrine now to "see if it will work". The right wing manifestos are enough to see how violent minded a right wing campaign is.
