My brother refuses to get another job, refuses to pay more in rent and utilities. He isn't in school, or anything else that takes up his time. I'm a full time college student, working 58 hours a week at my job paying 600+ in bills (rent and utilities included), while he is paying somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 dollars for his. He works 36 hours a week, sleeps all the time, and never contributes to the well-being of the house. I clean it, I buy the supplies, I pay 100% of the utilities.

I've talked with him about it before, but he won't move in inch in either way, he won't go to school, but he also won't get a second job, or even get a better paying job.
