you have a place to go....CPS won't take your kid from you if your mom's house is a mess (hell, even HOARDERS are given a chance to clean up) as long as the overall safety of your child is not in jeopardy. if he shows up, call the cops and have your mom file a trespassing/harassment complaint. do what you have to for your sake and your baby's. he is trying to intimidate you with blanket statements.....if you let him win with things like "it's ok if i throw things at you because i'm not hitting you" it will become "it's ok that i hit you because it didn't leave a mark" and then "it's ok that i left a mark cause no one can see it"

i've been in an abusive/controlling relationship too, so i get it. i would offer you a place to stay, but i live in NY. whatever you do, don't take any more of this guys BS....get out - go to your mom's and then take it day by day from there. you owe it to your daughter - and yourself - to get out.
