It’s so clearly different.

If a guy can only come from being kicked in the balls then there’s obviously something very wrong with him but him being kicked in the balls in order to come isn’t harming anyone.

Contrast that with

Guys wanting to come jerking onto on a woman’s face and my assessment that most of the time that comes from copying porn and is not only a crap way to finish (you can jerk yourself off whenever) but also probably hints at some negative feelings towards women. Note I’m not saying all the time in all cases. I’m also lumping in with that my believe that most women probably wouldn’t want men to come on their face (from speaking to female friends but also considering the association with some kind of control or marking of territory in an animalistic sense). Plus I’d suspect that even some women who do like it may have unhealthy reasons for so but who fucken knows.

So if a guy wants to get kicked in the balls cos that’s the only way he can come then there doesn’t seem to be a victim. Whereas I bet there are plenty of women who have guys come on their face that really don’t want to.
