Late to the party but anyway.

I'd say it would be when we had to do show and tell when I was in grade 4 and anyway I was all pumped up to do this magic trick. The problem was I never rehearsed it properly the night before because I was sent to my neighbours house for the night by my mum.

In reflection I was sent there because my dad was drunk and beating us. Anyway I broke down in front of the whole class trying to do that trick. I just ran out of the class crying and well that was all the ammo one kid needed.

I'll never forget that fuckwit. He would tease me for years, well into high school about it.

I've gotten over it all, but I will never forget that time or that kid.
