What’s the most supernatural experience you’ve ever had?

Since your TV is a CRT, I believe that the remote getting thrown is likely a result of Lorentz force. When the TV operates, it generates an alternating magnetic field (that is how images are formed, electron paths in the TV tube are curved via magnetic field to form an image as they strike the screen). This alternating magnetic field induces eddy currents in the wiring of the remote, thus generating magnetic force, as magnetic force = (current * length) x magnetic field. If the remote is on top of the TV, assuming the magnetic field is perpendicular to the ground and the remote's circuits are parallel with the ground, the current induced will also be parallel with the ground. Now, assuming there is more length of wire in the remote facing the TV's left/right than its' front, and knowing our magnetic field is perpendicular to the ground, then the magnetic force on the remote will be to the front, thus throwing it if the magnetic field is changing fast enough.
