What is the smallest amount of power you've ever seen someone abuse?

I've been working 6-7 days a week, ten hour days for the past year and carpooling with my friends to work. In that time I've neglected my car. When my registration was up last month I tried to get it to an emissions place but the battery had died. A week or so later I had a sticker out on my driver side window saying that my apartment complex would have it towed because the registration was expired.

So I took the day off work to get a new battery installed but they couldn't do the emissions because it needs 80-100 miles on it after the reset before the test can be done. Because of the July 4th holiday and my schedule I just can't get all of that done, plus get the sticker, by the end of the week (today).

I called our leasing office to ask for just a few extra days extension (we've been here for years. No complaints, never been late on our rent). The twerp at the leasing office went off on me. Saying it should have bee towed awhile ago (lie) and they'd put four or five stickers on it (lie) and that they don't have control over the towing company (lie, towing company says they only come out if they're called). Super jack ass to me just so he could wield his little bit of power.

So now I'm trying to get miles on the car while stashing it at the store down the street. We've had issues with this leasing office before and had to go above the property manager's head which resulted in him being forced to move from out from his apartment below us. I hate these guys.
