For me, it would have to be License to Wed.

So I'm getting married this year (yay!) and someone in my fiancee's family said we should watch this movie because we're going through marriage prep with the Church and all that so we would be able to relate to what's going on in the movie.

What I saw was a host of totally unlikeable characters, and I felt kinda slighted at the thought that someone thought my fiancee and I were anything like that. The male lead (John Krasinski) was a sex-crazed slacker who couldn't even be bothered with writing his vows the night before the wedding; the female lead (Mandy Moore) was a workaholic busybody who practically ignored her fiance. The priest doing marriage prep with them (Robin Williams) is a total creep who bugs their house to make sure they're not having sex, and practically tortures them with his exercises to see if they're truly ready to be married. Also about half the cast of The Office appears at one point or another.

Normally I'd give a movie like this a "meh" at most, but where the person who recommended it to us insisted we check it out, going "Oh, it's just like what you two are doing!" I felt pretty insulted.
