What was the worst teacher you ever had in school and what did they do?

My band teacher would occasionally crack jokes about how I wasn't the "sharpest tack in the box" in front of all of the other students from between grades 5-7. I remember this did get a laugh out of the students the first time around, but on subsequent attempts to "relate" to his classroom, everyone just sat in silence.

For the sake of brevity, my childhood was littered with trauma, and I was constantly stressed out from being exposed to situations and people that children should not be exposed to. Oftentimes I would "zone out", probably from some undiagnosed case of depression or PTSD. I guess these were the times when he thought I was just another dumb student.

About four years later I was in an all girls club in a high school several towns over. The leader of the group, also being the oldest, started complaining to us about a local radio DJ that would often physically and verbally sexually harass her at her part time job at the local radio station. It was the same guy. He was in his mid-forties, and she was a 17 year old (rape victim mind you) who felt completely powerless to do anything about it. I was 15 and didn't know what to tell her. All I felt I could do at the time was share my story of him with her.

I also spent a small amount of time with her family outside of school/club. It was more fucked up than mine.

TLDR: Middle aged band director and local radio DJ enjoys preying on young, traumatized girls.

I also just want to state that my life up until that point was still VERY much riddled with traumatic experiences, of which I felt like no one cared about, including my mother. I didn't think to alert the police to this at the time, but looking back, I really wish I had. This guy is a predator in my book. I was just too young and naive at the time to appropriately respond.
