What was your "I don't get paid enough for this shit" moment?

Late to the party but here's my answer anyway.

I worked at hotel during college for two weeks, my shift started at 5am, where I was to set out the continental breakfast and greet incoming guests. The hotel wasn't the greatest (and management was absolute shit) but it was a college town so they got steady business. They also had a few "regulars" who paid monthly and basically lived there. There was one guy I met on my first day who was a full blown alcoholic, I guess his wife left him, not really sure the back story but he was living in a hotel now. My boss gave me a heads up on him and said he sometimes comes back drunk and needs help getting to his room. Fast forward two weeks and my last day. It was around the end of my shift at noon and drunk guy comes stumbling in. I asked if he was okay and he mumbled something incoherent and stumbled past the front desk. The lobby was three stairs lower than the hallway to the rooms. I watched him as he tried to make it up the stairs, he was clinging to the handrail like a goddamn rock climber clings to a rope. He made it to the top, let go of the handrail, fell forward and wasn't moving. I gave it a minute and then walked over to hear him snoring, fucker passed out. So I went back to the desk and called my boss, I'm not dealing with that shit, I'm making minimum wage. She tells me I have to come help. So reluctantly (didn't want to get fired) I help by grabbing one of his legs and an arm and me, my boss, and another worker carry him to his room. While we are carrying 200+ pounds of drunk, his pants start to come off; he's not wearing underwear. So now I'm carrying a drunk, exposed guy down a hotel hallway trying not to stare at his dick. Thankfully his room was on the first floor. We get to his room, my boss opens the door and we put him on the bed and covered him with a blanket.

I gave my boss an earful about how carrying drunks wasn't in the job description and then I got in my car and left. Later that week she sent me hand written letter telling me I'm fired. On the upside, she paid my full salary in cash (probably off the books), which was nice. I bet I still have that letter somewhere.
