What is your personal philosophy or motto?

I see where your coming from, but that would only exist in a perfect world/universe (which I do believe is what the ultimate objective for all) but we are far from it.

Pleasure is subjective, based off what someone enjoys and feels makes them happy, right? Let's say a person is ruled by negative emotions, or better yet let's just say they get pleasure from watching people suffer. This pleasurable outcome for that person, then causes misery for all others suffered in the wake. They now seek pleasure from revenge. That's a common reality in the world we live in today.

Let's say that person ruled by negative emotions- or pleasure from making others suffer, considers what's better or worse instead. He might want to see them suffer for pleasure, but he understands that may be worse in the long run, because they may become negatively influenced by it and impact the world/surroundings the same way (bad monkey). So Instead of doing what gives him pleasure, he does what gives him pain instead and promotes their well being because then they will go promote the well being of others. This person hates that them all for whatever reason, but understands it's better for him making them better for themselves.

Everything is relative. Love is an emotional drive, so unless everyone loves everyone certain people will be left out... some mammals love their offspring the same way... goals are subjective... justice is just the system of law- what's fair isn't what's always better, each situation must be seen from a relative stance.

So what's better isn't what's pleasurable. What's better may be painful. Morals are a code I use to determine what's better, but it's more of an algorithm than just a yes or no...

My answer- what's better? It depends, its relative, it depends on extremes, it depends on laws, it depends on people/countries involved, it depends on intelligence, merit, leverage... I can tell you tho, there will be those that will have to endure pain to equalize the state of human affairs- we do not live in a fair world....
