What was your school's 'incident'?

This is as chronological as I remember.

A junior who couldn’t handle the pressure (junior year was notoriously difficult at our school for a number of reasons) set himself on fire in the parking lot. This killed him.

Some kids drew a face on a watermelon and smashed it. It made national news.

At the freshmen sleepover, a (formerly) annual “bonding experience”, some kid called the cops. The school doesn’t do freshmen sleepovers anymore.

Two seniors had a bet involving asking a sophomore on a date. If she said no, they had to put their nudes on their snapchat stories. She said no.

A douchebag senior recorded himself chanting some pro-Confederacy shit at a party. Another girl gets the video and puts it on Youtube. The girl got in trouble for “defaming the school”. A teacher at the school finds the video and sends it to the colleges that the senior is applying to.

My school is famous for such diverse reasons...
