Not exactly butt kissing but it was a major cringe.

I was working in the offices of a clothing company and many of my colleagues were young attractive women, they were all buyers and would travel to fashion shows looking for new stock.

I was hired with a young guy who thought he was something special, telling me everyday about how he'd bang different ones when I just wanted to eat my lunch and read my book, I started taking lunch in my car after the first week.

About 2 later weeks he emailed a list of the top 10 women in the office to every guy that worked there, a sudden hush came over the office as everyone looked around awkwardly. Thankfully about 20 minutes later he was getting marched out and I never saw him again.
