Back in high school we were big house party kids, rich suburban shitheads with nothing better to do. So we had this bucket in one of the house basements, the puke bucket. It had been a staple throughout our high school career, a huge 50gallon plastic bucket that someone blew chunks into one day. We never cleaned it, it smelled rank and was kept under the staircase in the puke zone, just slowly filling up over the years.

Eventually a few of us started to pee in it, ya know the kids hosting, we had priorities and needed to remain on scene. On clean up days we'd dump old beers and cigarette cups into the mix, way easier than schlepping all that crap up and out of the basement. I mean all sorts of shit went into this bucket, God knows what. Hair, pubes, snot, loogies, whatever drunk high schoolers could come up with. I'm certain someone jizzed in there.

And then the fateful night struck. Senior year, the bucket had been chilling for at least 24-36months. I was drunk as usual and scooping some liquid out of the puke bucket to gross girls out, c'mon I was 17 what better thing to do... Out of the blue a challenger stumbles over. 'I'll drink that shit." Must've been trying to impress the ladies. Almost immediately a crowd had gathered, 30-40kids at these parties usually.

Without much hesitation he grabbed the red solo cup from my hand and drank four huge gulps before slamming my cup on the ground in victory. A moment later he pulled some pubes out of his teeth.

I kid you not, other people began projectile vomiting as he was pulling hair from his teeth. Only then was the challenger truly aware of what he had done. He started a chain reaction of vomiting, the basement was fucked, and after that we had to remove the puke bucket.
