This happened quite recently. I wanted to get some beers delivered to my boyfriend for his birthday because he has to spend it while the quarantine order is in effect. I went on reddit to ask for recommendations of businesses that offer delivery and a kind redditor offered to deliver it to him. I was willing to pay extra for him to deliver and he said he would send me the receipt once he delivered the beer. On my boyfriend's birthday, the redditor not only delivered the beer of my choice, he also gave my boyfriend another 6 cans of his favorite beers. He then told me that it was all on him and I should pay it forward to someone else if I ever get the chance to. Made my day even more than it made my boyfriend's birthday!
