Nope. Female doctors can have toxic mindsets or pick up bad habits in med school or residency just as much as male doctors can. Female OB/GYNs might have the attitude of "well I've had this procedure done on me and it wasn't painful so it shouldn't be for them" and not listen to their patients. Or maybe it's always been painful for them in their personal experience so they think that's just how it is and their patients need to just suck it up. Personal experience can lead to arrogance just as easily as it can lead to empathy.

I've also heard of female doctors performing the "husband stitch" on female patients because they learned that it was ok from a male attending.
