What's the worst way a SO has broken up with you?

At her wedding.

Note that I didn't say our wedding. We met in school and were both from out of the area so we didn't have any local friends. We dated for just under 3 years and had discussed getting married (her ring size was slightly over a 5, the flower arrangements were going to be orchids rather than a ore traditional flower because they were her favorite). Her parents didn't speak English and I had only met them twice. Both times she translated for me so I have no idea what was actually said. All I know is that telling me that they disapproved of showing affection in front of them was probably a lie. I'm terrible with languages but I was just about at a terrible-not-fluent-but-trying proficiency at the end of year ~3 when this happened.

Then she invited me to a 'get together' that turned out to be her wedding reception to her long-distance fiance of 5 years. I would've said something, but I dry-heaved in the bathroom until I thought I was going to puke for real then stole two bottles of red wine, drove back to my hotel room and then got drunk in the tub and just sat in the water drinking, vomiting, and crying for a while. I don't remember turning the water off or getting into bed, but I woke up with the rest of the bottle spilled everywhere the next day.

She blocked me on facebook and my number that evening and as much as I feel bad for the other guy, I'm not putting in any more effort for that girl even if it is to track him down and let him know. I still remember sitting on the plane on the way back when the steward asked me if it was my first time flying and if I was a nervous flyer because I was just sitting there crying as quietly as I could.

My only advice if you find yourself in a situation like this; steal white wine. It's easier to clean up or hide. The hotel cleaning bill was not what I needed to top off that weekend.
