What's your "Fuck this, I quit!" story?

I got hired on at Petcetera, and was told my first shift was the next day and my shift started at 8am. They then told me to be at the store for 7am. Turns out there was many sick animals in the back room. Trying to take care of them all, far exceeded the allotted time you were scheduled before the store opened at 9. So it was expected that staff loved animals so much they’d come in an hour on their own time.

They then were going to show me till, but were short staffed, so the woman training me would leave me at the cash register to go do something in the back. There was a line of people all standing there, and I didn’t know how to use their phone, the computer system for the cash register, or knew where anything was in the store. I could do nothing but watch that no one walked out of the store without paying— and the line of customers weren’t to pleased.

At the end of the shift, I nicely folded the shirt assigned to me that morning, and left it on the hiring managers desk.
