When it comes to reproductive rights, men are expected to keep their word, women are allowed to change their mind.

Feminists do not understand equality no matter how much they try to claim they do. The operate from the position that women are the oppressed gender, which in their mind justifies demanding anything that benefits women even if it's the furthest from equality. If we look at this situation logically, we can see that two people had sex but only one person has the right to decide if the kid should be born. We can both see that a woman has more rights in this area, so perhaps it would be more gender equal if men could have the ability to opt out of parenthood.

Feminists on the other hand will never accept this because this is a position that weakens a woman's power. If we allow men to opt out of parenthood it means women would have to raise and support the child alone. Women wouldn't be able to trap an alpha into a relationship. In all aspects, women would be in a weaker position than before. Feminists can't have that. Feminists will never have that. Feminism is about protecting the interests of women, at the expense of everyone else. You can clearly see how equality is furthest from their minds.

They don't care about the plight of children raised by single moms who will grow up poorer and raised in a broken home. They will in fact use the child to demand more rights for the mom, i.e. they want men to continue to pay child support "for the best interests of the child". The idea that perhaps it's unfair that woman has the sole right to decide if the kid is born or not does not even factor into a feminist's mind. It is not important because it does not hurt women. Taking away child support hurts women, so that's the only thing that matters to feminists. They will vehemently argue against it, using illogic like "consent to sex is consent to parenthood".
