I had asked a roommate to find somewhere else to live when she turned out to be a huge problem. We got along somewhat up until then but she was just so dirty and anything you told her to do (like not throw raw meat into the trash can and let it fester until trash day) just went in one ear and out the other, and the rest of us were getting in trouble with the landlord because of her. After several warnings, we finally asked her to please find another place to live.

I'll spare a lot of the details, but she was an absolute pain in the ass, refused to leave, even after there was an official legal notice to vacate. Something like 10 days before her 30 to vacate was up, I got woken up really early in the morning by Problem Roommate texting me from her room. Like really insane shit. None of it made sense, I thought she was drunk.

A former roommate that had moved out two months before this started texting me around the same time. "What is up with Problem Roommate?! She's sending me these really nutty text messages! Call the cops, it sounds like she's planning on doing something to you."

So I call 911, tell them what she sent me and they told me, "Get out of the house and wait outside, we'll send someone."

Two cops came, I show them the text messages and they think it's just some roommate dispute. At first they were telling me to "be an adult" and just wait until she moves out, but then when they started talking to her....oh my god the shit hit the fan.

She went off on this tirade about how she's on some FBI government work, and that Chinese spies paid me and my other roommate to kill her. Something about a king and queen and "his holiness" and something about infiltrating the Obama administration. The cops called for backup and there are like six cops in my living room at 7am.

They took her to a psych ward, kept her there for something like 10 days and I think she got deported.
