I'd definitely not call most of the shades in Naked Heat neutrals (okay, I get it, they're not really out there shades or anything, but they are far more saturated than most shades in the other palettes). I think Naked Heat/Petite Head lean quite red and are definitely not as subdued as the other palettes. Admittedly, the Naked 3 is quite pink, but the colors are less saturated and more neutral leaning.

Honestly, I don't think Naked Heat is a bad palette, but when I think of the Naked line, I think of something that is day-time/work appropriate and I think the right half of Naked Heat is just too much for work - I'd really stand out if I was wearing that.
